國內外新型煤化工及煤氣化技術發(fā)展動態(tài)分析

摘 要：分析和介紹了國內外煤化工發(fā)展概況和國內新型煤化工技術發(fā)展動態(tài)；針對潔凈煤氣化技術的正確把握和準確選擇，闡述了國內外18種煤氣化工藝的技術特點、氣化效率、適用煤種和生產運行效果；提出了選擇煤氣化技術的5項原則。

Abstract：Author has analyzed and introduced the developing situation for coal chemical-engineering at home and abroad and the developing tendency for new type coal chemical-engineering technology in China；in allusion to correct grasp and accurate selection of the clean coal gasification technology，author has described the technical features，gasification efficiency，suitable coal kind and production operation effect for the 18 kinds of cpal gasification process；has presented the 5 principles for selecting the coal gasification technology.

1 國內外煤化工發(fā)展概況
煤化工是以煤為原料，經過化學加工使煤轉化為氣體、液體、固體燃料以及化學品的過程。從煤的加工過程分類，主要包括干餾(含煉焦和低溫干餾)、氣化、液化和合成化學品等。在煤化工發(fā)展歷程中，煉焦是應用最早的工藝，并且至今仍然是化學工業(yè)的重要組成部分。煤的氣化在煤化工中占有重要地位，用于生產各種氣體燃料，是潔凈的能源，有利于環(huán)境保護。煤氣化生產的合成氣是合成液體燃料等多種產品的原料。煤直接液化，即煤高壓加氫液化，可以生產人造石油和化學產品。在石油資源短缺時，煤的液化產品將替代目前的天然石油。
