摘 要:針對當(dāng)前原煤質(zhì)量差的特點,根據(jù)煤的特性,有針對性的改造和調(diào)節(jié)工藝,加上科學(xué)管理,也可以達到優(yōu)化制氣的目的。

Abstract: For poor quality of the current raw coal,reform and adjust the gasification process according to the coal characteristics, and coupling with science management,the target of gasification optimization is achieved.

進入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著能源越來越緊張,以及價格的不斷上漲,作為目前我國合成氨行業(yè)原料氣生產(chǎn)的主力軍,固定床間歇氣化的生存顯得舉步維艱。最近幾年來,固定床間歇氣化的各項硬件配置雖然越來越完善,煤質(zhì)也在逐年下降,要想進一步降低消耗,在這場殘酷的競爭中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢,許多同仁顯得非常迷惘。下面筆者結(jié)合自己的生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗,談一談劣質(zhì)煤如何優(yōu)化制氣,拋磚引玉,供廣大同仁參考。
