摘 要:煤氣化廢水中不僅存在CO32-、HCO3-、HS-等陰離子,還存在Cl-、SO42-等陰離子,因此廢水中既存在游離銨鹽也存在固定銨鹽。僅采用煤氣化廢水處理中的雙側線汽提技術無法除去固定氨,導致處理后廢水的氨的質量濃度嚴重超標,影響后續(xù)生化處理。為了降低廢水中固定氨的質量濃度,在雙側線汽提塔內采用加堿脫氨技術,并借助流程模擬,對加堿位置和加堿量進行優(yōu)化。結果表明,在塔釜總氨及總酸的質量濃度滿足出水要求的前提下,加堿后雙側線汽提塔固定氨的脫除率達99.8%。改善廢水水質的同時回收了大量氨,具有較好的社會和經濟效益。
